1. Your account
Give correct details and keep your password safe. Your account is for you only. You are responsible for activity on it.
2. Licence to use content
When you buy a material you get a personal, non-transferable licence to view it on your account. The content remains the property of University Gyaan and its creators.
3. What is not allowed
- Downloading, copying, recording, screenshotting or redistributing the content in any form.
- Sharing your login with others.
- Removing or hiding the watermark, or trying to bypass the protection of the portal.
- Using the portal for anything unlawful.
Content is watermarked with your name, email and mobile number. If we find misuse, we may block your account without refund and take legal action.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Please read our Refund Policy.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep the portal running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Material may be updated or removed.
6. Limitation
Content is for learning support. We do not guarantee exam results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the material in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
