• Purchase details: which materials you bought, the amount and payment status.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, used to keep the site working and secure.

2. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net banking details. Payments are handled by Razorpay on their secure servers.

3. How we use your information

• To create your account and verify your email.
• To process payments and unlock the materials you bought.
• To show your name, email and mobile number as a watermark on protected content, so leaks can be traced.
• To reply to your support requests and send important account messages.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the portal (such as our database and hosting provider, our email service and Razorpay), or when the law requires it.

5. Security

Data is stored with industry standard protection and access is restricted. No system is 100% secure, so please keep your password private.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account details by writing to universitygyaan.ug@gmail.com. Some purchase records may be kept as required for accounting and legal reasons.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your theme and your bag.
