Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products

Everything on University Gyaan is a digital product (PDF notes, video lectures and mock tests). Access is given instantly after payment, so we cannot take it back. Because of this, purchases are not refundable once the material has been unlocked and opened. Please use the free preview before you buy.

2. When we will fix it or refund you

• Paid but not unlocked: if money was deducted and your material did not unlock, we will unlock it manually. If we cannot, we refund the full amount.
• Double payment: if you were charged twice for the same item, we refund the extra payment.
• Wrong or broken material: if the file or video is unusable and we cannot fix it, we refund that item.

3. How to ask

Contact us within 7 days of the payment through Live support or at universitygyaan.ug@gmail.com. Send your registered email, the material name and the Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_).

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount.

5. Not covered

• Change of mind after the material has been opened.
• Accounts blocked for sharing, recording or misusing content.

6. Cancellation

An order that is not paid is simply cancelled automatically. You are never charged for it.
